Hey there, so glad you’re here!

I was lucky to grow up with grandparents who were nearby and incredibly involved. They made me feel like I was their whole world. When my grandma moved into long-term care, it was hard at first—but the compassion of the staff changed everything. Their care helped her feel at home. That experience shaped the way I wanted to lead and serve.

Since then, I’ve learned from incredible mentors and remarkable residents. They’ve fueled my passion to keep improving the field and removing the barriers that stand in the way of great care. Because when it comes to the people we love, “good enough” isn’t enough.

I dream of Senior Living being an industry that people are excited to join, not one they stumble into. A field known for its inclusiveness, diversity, and deeply fulfilling work.

I dream of long-term care communities having the kind of tools and resources that spark ideas, make an impact, and truly matter.

I dream of those working closely with seniors having regular opportunities to grow their skills, advance their careers, and take care of themselves too.

These dreams are rooted in my Nebraska upbringing, my close bond with my grandparents, and a career built around serving older adults. That’s where Golden Gen
